When I finished school I started working straight away, working in retail and then onto office work. It wasn't until I was made redundant that I went to college and became a nurse! I am a Registered Nurse for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Although I loved my Nursing journey due to personal constraints I don't practice at the moment but I knew when I decided to move away from Nursing I still wanted to continue on the caring and nurturing path that I started on. From a young age, I was always spiritual and I always enjoyed going for holistic therapies myself but while I was in college in the middle of my Nursing qualification a Reflexologist came in to give us a demonstration on the benefits of Reflexology and I couldn’t get the treatment out of my head; I was instantly mesmerized at what she could tell from the feet in such a short space of time. Reflexology immediately became my passion and it was clear to me when changing career paths this was the perfect time for me to follow my dreams. I then began my holistic journey and haven’t looked back! I am passionate in helping people through my therapies who suffer from stress & anxiety and supporting woman in all areas of women's health from fertility, pregnancy, PMT & Menopause.
